Basic list of herbs
We all have different taste and preference but if you are unsure what herbs to take here are some recommended from me.
Or may be you will add to your cooking a new herb.
Herbs that I often use:

Thyme - My favorite! Add it to your omelet, meat and vegetables.

Basil - commonly used for pasta

Mint - often used in teas and desserts

Oregano - put it into tomato sauce, soups and stews

Rosemary - commonly used in meat dishes and stews

Sage - great for stuffing and other savory dishes

Cilantro - add to spinach saute, soups, fish

Parsley - love to put in in salads

Dill - often used in pickling, seafood dishes and my favorite grilled vegetables.

Bay leaves - used to add flavor to soups, stews, sauces also with cabbage.
The list is longer, these are just a few examples of my herbs and there are many more that have their own unique properties and uses.
