Control Heart Rate

Use these herbs to control heart rate.

Garlic:
-Eat one or two cloves of garlic daily in the morning.
-Boil three cloves of garlic and then add lemon and honey to it.
-You garlic tea is ready.
You can add garlic powder or paste to your tea instead of cloves.

Ginger:
Boil some water and drop in the ginger pieces. After 10 minutes, keep it for cooling. Add lemon and honey. Drink daily.

Hawthorn:
Crush some hawthorn dried leaves, flowers or bilberry/ juniper berries. Boil them on low heat for 10-20mins. Drink daily.

Lemon balm:
Use the Lemon balm on daily bases to control heart rate. Boil a cup of water to 1 teaspoon of dried lemon balm for 5-10 minutes.

Motherwort:
Take one teaspoon Motherwort and one teaspoon Hawthorn berries. Boil them for 10-15minutes. Drink cold. You can add cinnamon for taste. Drink one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening.
