FertiliTea

Certain herbal teas are believed to have properties that might support reproductive health and overall well-being. Keep in mind that while some people find these teas helpful, they are not a guaranteed solution. Here's a simple fertility-boosting herbal tea recipe you can try:

Fertility-Boosting Herbal Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon red raspberry leaf
  • 1 teaspoon nettle leaf
  • 1 teaspoon red clover blossoms
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dandelion leaf (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil water and allow it to cool slightly, to around 190°F (88°C). Boiling water can be too hot for delicate herbs.

  2. Place the herbs in a teapot or tea infuser. Adjust the quantity of herbs to your taste, but use roughly equal parts of each.

  3. Pour the hot (but not boiling) water over the herbs.

  4. Cover the teapot and let the herbs steep for about 10-15 minutes.

  5. Strain the tea into a cup, and if desired, sweeten it with honey or a touch of lemon for flavor.

  6. Drink this tea once a day, preferably during your menstrual cycle's follicular phase (from the end of your period until ovulation).

This tea recipe is just one of many holistic approaches that some people find helpful, I hope it'll help you too.
