Herbs to aid DIGESTION

Whenever I have a day or even several days of eating with my big family I feel my body needs some help. 

There are several herbs that can aid digestion.
Here are some of my favorites:

 

Chamomile: Chamomile is a herb that can calm the digestive system. It can also help reduce symptoms of indigestion, such as gas and bloating.
Peppermint: Peppermint is a herb that can soothe the digestive tract and reduce symptoms of gas, bloating, and stomach discomfort.
Fennel: Fennel seeds have been used for centuries to aid digestion. They contain compounds that can help relax the muscles of the digestive tract and reduce inflammation.
Dandelion: Dandelion is a herb that can stimulate the production of bile, which can aid digestion and support liver function.
Licorice: Licorice can help reduce inflammation in the digestive tract and support the production of mucus, which can protect the stomach lining.
Ginger: Ginger is a powerful herb that can stimulate digestion and promote the production of digestive enzymes. It can also help reduce inflammation in the digestive tract, which can improve overall digestion.
