RECIPE

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. This will serve as the crust for your jarred pumpkin pies.

2. Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly among your mason jars, pressing it down to create a solid base.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

4. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix until well combined.

5. Pour the pumpkin pie filling over the graham cracker crust in each jar, leaving some space at the top.

6. Place the jars on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick comes out clean.

7. Remove the jars from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.

8. Once cooled, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
